It is with great sadness to have learnt that the former Spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate and former Director of Information and Culture for Kandahar province, Mawlawi Abdul Hai Mutmain, passed away due to a prolonged illness, surely to Allah we belong and to Him is the return.
We extend our condolences to his family, relatives and associates, supplicate to Allah (SwT) for his forgiveness and Jannah, and wish upon his family great patience and immense rewards.
May Allah (SwT) accept all the services, Jihad, migration and hardships of the deceased in His Court.
