BADAKHSHAN, Nov. 21 – As many as 18 Arbakis including 2 commanders were killed and 24 more were injured in Mujahideen attacks on the enemy military posts in Jaram district of Badakhshan province.
Furthermore, 4 enemy soldiers were taken captives and 6 military units were taken over.
Mujahideen seized from the enemy 12 Kalashnikov machine guns, 2 PK heavy machine guns, 2 motorbikes and a good deal of ammunition with 2 tanks destroyed.
According to reports from northern Balkh province, an enemy soldier was shot dead in Sholgara district of Balkh province, while an enemy soldier was shot dead while he was doing guard duty in Chahar Bolak district of Balkh province.
In another report, 2 enemy soldiers were killed in Mujahideen attacks on Khas Balkh district of Balkh province.
Similarly, Mujahideen pounded an enemy base with heavy weapons in the Shortipa district of Balkh province.
In reports from northern Jowzjan province, 6 puppets were killed and 5 more were wounded with a tank destroyed in a gun battle with Mujahideen fighters in Aqcha district of Jowzjan province.
In another report from Jowzjan province, 2 Arbakis were killed in an exchange of fire with Mujahideen Sheberghan city, the capital of Jowzjan province.
In Takhar province, 1 enemy soldier was killed and 2 more were wounded as the Mujahideen attacked an enemy post in Darqad district of the province.
